Family: A family of beastherders, Phayna was raised to take care of the   

             canines of the hold.

Personality: Calm and relaxed, Phay can get along with everyone and

                     generally likes to stay on the neutral side of all arguments that

                     may arise in her household.

History: Her early years were spent in a happy childhood filled with wild

              rides on tame runners with her brothers, and once, when her oldest

              brother N'lan returned on a off day from the Weyr, she got to

              actually sit on the neck of her brothers bronze bond Triggerath. It

              was then she decided she wanted to be a dragonrider, and while she

             had always entertained thoughts of a gold, there was always

             something about that emerald hide.  But things change as one grows,

             and soon she found herself at work training canines that her family

             raised along with various other animals, and by her 17th birthday, she

            gave up any hope of being searched, but then N'lan returned, telling

            stories of wildly colored dragons, and offered to take his youngest

            sister to this place, called Blue Sky Weyr.
